Colby (Mathew Botuchis) buys mini-cameras on the Internet and installs them in his stepsister Audrey's (Baelyn Neff) room after she breaks his laptop on purpose. He does this to both get back at her and make some money to pay for the laptop’s replacement. The website he creates is called I-See-You.com (hence the name of the film).

He then expands his voyeurism to the entire family by installing cameras in every room of the house (even the bathroom). He starts making $17,000 per week once the site really takes off. Eventually the family finds out about the site and is initially angry but then finds out how lucrative the site is and everyone decides to get in on the action.

Predictably what once was spontaneous and fun is now stale and forced, the site starts losing viewers, and the family decides to bring in new “characters” to spice things up. It works when the new character of Ciro creates a sexual triangle between himself, Audrey, and the step-mom Lydia (Rosanna Arquette). Once Harvey (Beau Bridges) finds out his wife was trying to seduce him in the middle of the night he tries to blow up the house to end the series.

I-See-You.com was a made for TV movie that somehow got turned into a theatrical release. As a made for TV movie it’s an average film. The movie is back-dated to 2001, to the beginning of the pay site boom. This was an attempt to make the movie seem more credible since in 2008 everyone knows about these sites now. I lost interest with the movie as the plot is weak and the acting is predictable and dull.

The extras on the disc aren’t much better. There are a few deleted scenes which don’t add anything to the story and the reasons they were cut from the film are apparent. Additionally there’s your standard "making of" featurette entitled “15 Minutes of Fame” which is a PR fluff piece. The film might have benefited from a commentary track, but I don’t think anything could have improved it.
