You should be genuinely inquisitive, and have a knack for offering your point of view in an intelligent and witty way. Some on-camera host experience is preferable, but not required.

Looking for attractive female MMA fighters between the ages of 18 and 28 to interview for a TV pilot pitch. It's a great reality concept that's already received interest from a major cable network. These interviews are not going to be broadcast, they're simply for presentation to network executives. Although there is no pay, you'll get first shot at being cast when the show goes into production. We just want to hear your story and see your personality.
